My aunt couldn’t believe it when she came back — she now says hers is the ‘best flat in London’.

Please note that I spoke with the Housing Officer, who confirmed that they had spoken with the tenant and that the staff member returned to complete the task as expected. Additionally, the tenant confirmed over the phone that they were satisfied with the work completed.
